Terms & Conditions for Kopperkins Boarding Cattery

Family run cattery in a rural area in Whitstable, Kent

Public liability insurance is provided, however it is advisable to ensure that cats are insured by owners against illness as Kopperkins cannot be responsible for any emergency treatment that is deemed as necessary for the wellbeing of the cat boarded.

Bookings will only be accepted when received with the necessary deposit which is non-refundable if cancelled.

The balance of all boarding fees are payable on arrival, cash or cheque.

All male cats over 6 months of age must be neutered.

No discount is given for special or prescribed diets that must be supplied by the owner and sufficient food must be supplied for the duration of the stay as extra supplies of this type of food cannot be made.

It is also advisable that an extra day or two supply is a sensible precaution in case of delays for your return.

Vaccinations

All cats must have a current vaccination certificate including vaccination against Infectious Feline Enteritis- Cat Flu.

Proof of vaccinations must be produced on delivery of your cat.

We will not be able to take your cat for boarding without an up to date vaccination certificate, this must be shown in the office and copied for file use before admission.
